1. 14-Day Refund Window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date — no reason required and no conditions attached. This applies to one-off purchases and to every subscription payment, including automatic renewals.
2. How to Request a Refund
Use the form below in your account, or contact Paddle support at paddle.net. Paddle is the seller of our subscriptions and issues the refund.
3. Timeline
We review every request within 10 business days. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. What Happens to Your Account
Files you have already downloaded to your device stay with you, and your saved signatures stay in the account. Everything else switches to free-plan rules: the subscription ends, access to Pro features and the API stops, and links to documents you shared stay open for 24 more hours before they close.
5. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account. You will not be charged again, and the period you have already paid for stays active until it ends.
